YOUR FIRST OLEA WASH?

Four steps.
A calmer wash.

This is a general guide. Always follow the instructions and signals displayed at the actual wash.

01

Check the site and prepare your car.

Check vehicle size limits. Close the windows and sunroof; set mirrors, wipers and accessories as instructed. Ask the operator about loose accessories or damaged surfaces.

02

Select your programme and pay.

Choose your wash programme and pay at the terminal before driving in. Follow the instructions displayed at the site.

03

Drive in. Stop at the red X.

X

After payment and programme selection, drive slowly into the wash and stop at the red X. Follow the display and local instructions for engine, transmission and brake settings.

04

Enjoy your OLEA wash!

Choose an experience wash and enjoy the colours from inside your car, while the robot does the work. Keep doors and windows closed, keep the car still and leave only when the display permits it.

If anything is unclear

Contact the operator using the number displayed at the site before starting. In a fault or emergency, follow the local emergency instructions.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Clear expectations.
A better wash experience.

Exterior washing according to your programme.

Prewash, foam, high-pressure cleaning, rinsing and drying depend on the equipment and selected programme.

The type of dirt matters.

Dried insect residue, tar, tree sap and stubborn dirt may need separate treatment. Robot washing does not replace every detailing task.

Drying reduces remaining water.

If included, air drying helps remove water. Water may still drain from gaps, mirrors and trim afterwards; completely drip-free results cannot be expected on every vehicle.

Vehicle condition is important.

Brush-free washing is not risk-free in every condition. Ask about a suitable method if you have damaged paint, loose parts or a specialist coating.

OLEA TIPS

Wash regularly. Enjoy the experience.

  • If your last wash was a long time ago, choose a programme without drying, then dry the clean car with a clean, soft microfibre cloth. Remove any remaining dirt before wiping.
  • Keep up regular washes instead of leaving your car dirty for months. Regular care helps your next OLEA wash deliver a better result.
  • Do not let insect residue dry onto the surface: wash it off promptly.
  • For an even more striking OLEA NEON light experience, visit after dark — check your chosen site’s opening hours first.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you set off.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

It depends on the programme and site. Check current prices and timings on the wash display or with the operator.

Does every OLEA site offer the same services?

Not necessarily. Programmes, drying, chassis washing and extras may vary. The locator shows the information available for each site.

Detailing studio or self-service wash?

OLEA is used in different operating formats. Check the listing to see whether the site offers self-service washing or a staffed detailing service.

Where can I get help during a wash?

Use the operator number displayed at the wash. The brand’s central contact is not necessarily the site’s immediate support number.
